I'm 2nd year PhD Candidate from El Dorado Hills Ca, I served in the Navy and did one deployment to Africa. I used my GI Bill to complete my degree at the University of Idaho in Biological Engineering. I'm also married with a toddler and would love for any new student to know that it is possible to have a family while pursuing your scientific goals.
