I am a second year pharmacology PhD student in the laboratory of Dr. Corey Speers, where I am examining therapeutic approaches for treating aggressive forms of breast cancer. I am a first-generation college student from the Midwest and graduate of an all-women's undergraduate institution. I am very passionate about activism and outreach initiatives that can improve the representation of diverse viewpoints in STEM.
