My name is Jess Millar and I am currently a graduate student at University of Michigan pursuing dual degrees in Bioinformatics and Epidemiology. As a first-gen, low income, disabled student, my journey has taken a bit longer than some. I'm still actively learning and understanding how to exist and thrive within academia.
