I am Northern Pomo from Hopland Band of Pomo Indians. Originally from California, I moved to Michigan and am a current 3rd year PhD student in the department of Microbiology & Immunology. My work focuses on the interaction of bacteriophage (bacterial viruses) and resident gut bacteria. When I'm not in the lab, I enjoy movies, video games, baking, and illustration.
