I am a PhD student in Immunology studying the role of microbiota and neutrophils in flu-bacterial pneumonia. I studied public policy and biology at UNC-Chapel Hill and worked for a couple years to figure out what I wanted to do. I'd like to work on either public R&D or science policy and pay it forward with my training!
