Even though it is harder for people from underrepresented communities to get the opportunities to thrive in STEM careers, with the right people to support you, it is totally possible to succeed! While in graduate school, I look forward to mentoring prospective and incoming students to make easier their transition into graduate school and, most importantly, to advocating for graduate students' wellness.
